Make the lineart a lil thick and thin on the clothes
the clothes and hair can be any style but colors must be the thing its based off
Usually cookie eyes are white or the darker color of their eye
Use a dark blue color and blur brush for shading head shoulders and legs
Cookies don't have much shading so don't add too much
Use the lazy brush for lineart
