me when the thoughts got worse but my dad said that if i keep my mouth shut abt (if) i had problems (mental/if iws getting bullied) and he hears it from someone else 'we're gonna have a problem' and now im terrified of him bcus i cant even talk abt my problems to my future ********* bcus the ********* would tell my dad and he'd get mad at me and my dads scary when hes mad and i get scared so ill have to js like sh0ot myself or smth ok
