@KaliElla yeah so go to layer mods while you're in layers and hit import image then put your photo, add another layer on top of your photo layer then go to pixel brush, size should be the 2nd smallest one, this should bring up kinda like a grid then hit Y to color match the pixel and keep doing that until you've pixilated the whole image. hope this helps!
