@Velvetheart Uhh...so I dunno you but the 'og' artist who put this base on colors blocked me. (Im not trying to bring you into drama.) I noticed you told them the same thing, that the actual artist who made it didn't want it to be used. When, I told them this they gave me a completely diffrent story, (they deleted all of this by the way) They started saying "Other people use so why cant I?" Im not sure if you know this but another person had the same exact base a few years back. After the-

But this person after being told this, said it wasnt theirs, and said it was about a year later, what im saying is that you were correct, and this person despite knowing they wont have it taken down (DESPITE THEIR ARTSYLE NOT LOOKING LIKE THIS AT ALL!!)
