Seawing redesign! Took me a while and now my energy drained. I made the tail flatter and finned and made the face more accurate. I gave it eyes that are on some semi-aquatic/aquatic species.(also goat) Monotone was used to aid which part is what to use for each color if you dont want to figure it out on ur own.
