Ive actually had this theory for a while-
anyhoo
Do yall remember book , with the shadow versions of the characters? do yall remember RIDERS?!
Basically, the shadows were the OPPOSITES of who they shadowed for, (shadow goggles was mean and smart, specs was a moron, skull was good at directions, etc) But riders wasnt something like... idk sweet caring and open, they were FIDGETY, and anxious, probly going through depression idk- And, i have a fan theory, that the shadows are (CONT. IN COMMENTS)

Still apart of the originals, just from what i think, Also, even if their NOT, This would mean riders Calm, or at peace, which i think would mean he doesnt care to be part of the s4 anymore, But yall remember first volume rider, right? THAT WAS NOT HIM AT ALLLL BRO, he was so intimidating and down right SCARY, He got better after like page 20 tho- Anyhoo, This shows actual character development yall, and to like wrap it up, im trying to say that i think this means that (CONT. Other characters might get more developed, or get more of a spotlight, PERSONALLY i never really got why goggles was the main character :sweat_smile: So it'd be nice for some1 like bobble hat to get more time, i have a separate theory on her, so look forward to that yall, but anyways, I LOVE how well they did riders development, its so good bro. -And what im trying to say is that
1- I think Rider has alot of potential to still add to the story, nonetheless, and

2- I think they'll spotlight yet MORE of the characters in the upcoming splatlands volumes, (since their back in inkopolis in the recent one, well be able to see more of those goobers)
I feel like i could add more to this whole theory, but my brain cant really catch up to my thoughts RN
Also imma be posting some more theorys eventually cuz this was fun! ^^
