This is Phobia, one of the many entities Lucien meets in the void. She represents his fears. Specifically, his phobias, hence the name. I suppose I could put a trigger warning for Coulrophobia and Trypophobia since those are the ones she represents.

Her design was mostly inspired by Jane Doe from Ride The Cyclone, the general aesthetic of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, (especially the sketchbook) and the artworks of Yayoi Kusama.
