yk how you bite your nail? well i got bqck into the habit of biting my hands (it was rlly hard to stop last time) so that what the bite marks were. my hands are red and i've brused the tissue under my skin on my hand from it.

last time when i had the habbit i would just nibble on my hands but now im full on biting myself and its a way of $H sadly.

some guy was flritinb with me (or so i thougjg) and tere is a high chance he already has a girlfriend, he got up hopes up bc i rly wanted someone to luv me but its whatever i dont care anymore

still having pretty bad eating problems my sister is just making it worse tbh.

if i was there id lowk stick up for you :( but you rlly shouldnt bite your hand, its not a good thing. Try to find methods that calm you. or make you happy. you can even talk to someone tat makes you happy but biting isnt the way to go

Mom said she would get someone to talk to, but she hasn't, not surprised. I'm used to broken promises, anyway. Might have found a coping thing for biting. Thanks for letting me rant, by the way.
