in the qna on the question of papyrus' memories before snowdin he vaguely remembers green grass (that appears ALMOST nowhere in undertale)
apparently theres a video from toby explaining reward tiers for undertale's kickstarter with sans and papyrus and the area they're standing in?

although its just a theory i think thats what papyrus meant.
