also how do you make a background like that it looks cool! (I mean I doubt I'd ever use it much but it'd still be cool to know in the event I ever did want to use it though)

there is two ways but the easiest is:
Make some dots (Red, blue, magenta, green, etc)
make them smaller and duplicate and cover the screen with them (repeat to taste)
use the color editor and put on max (its on the same window as the lock)
