Amazon stopped sending to israel because the war in iran... they will continue this just more a few mounth (1/2 mounths)
so my question is so:
1. to wait a few mounth to the sonor pen
or
2. to buy now from the eshop but without the sonor pen

You should buy the full game now without the sonar pen, then see if you can get a normal stylus from amazon or whatever, and it'll work just as well, just without the pressure sensitivity.

mmm well if you buy it now then you could buy a normal stylus which should only be mine was like 10$ or 33 shekels but i did get it on amazon so i dont know how much it is elswhere

I reccomend 2 bc you can just get a random stylus, the sonarpen isnt much different
