So, universal music terms.
Scales: in music, scales are a thing that include all the notes. E, A, D, G, B, and C.
Arpeggios: A set of notes, going from low to high, like the bass of beatdown as an example

okay so if youre presumably a piano player heres what they mean,, (i dont play the piano so like my explanation might be dооdоо)
the treble clef (the really swirly one) is usually used to indicate higher notes above the middle C on piano,, a mnemonic you can use to help remember the notes in the treble clef is (Every Good Boy Does Fine, FACE)
- its also used in piano music for a players right hand

the bass clef (the less complicated looking one) is usually used to indicate lower notes in music

you can use mnemonics [(lines) Good Boys Do Fine Always, (spaces)All Cows Eat Grass], to help remember the notes in the bass clef
- it is used in piano music for the players left hand

also i'd just recommend to watch a video on it im not that good at explaining music theory :,)
if you wanna compose music with other instruments and make sheet music, use MuseScore :D its free, and they also have a website where you can search up sheet music

*the bass/treble clef combined makes the grand staff

rhythms are easy to memorize and understand, if you need help with it i can help !!!
