TW: some politics, light language and honest opinions
so. this world is going down in flames.
trash everywhere, and a man that uses too much spray tan on the stands
i just want everyone to realize something
you don't have to change your political views, or even agree with my opinion, much less put attention to it
but
if we, teenagers, can realize
how bad this world is,
it needs to change.
the fact that legal children (beings under 18)
can see how screwed this world is, is insane to me
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

don't comment
i'm not done yet
07 Jul, 2025, 6:05 pm
although, i'm under 18, so i shouldn't really be showing my views on politics, much less on an art app, but this isn't just about politics
it's about, how we're supposed to be living our lives
not worrying about bombs, or discrimination
the fact that i
a legal CHILD (under 18)
AND MY FRIENDS
can realize that this world is horrible
is insanity.
07 Jul, 2025, 6:07 pm
i want everyone to realize
that this isn't normal.
this isn't how it's supposed to be
everyone is supposed to be living their life
not worrying about family, or friends getting taken away
again, these are pure opinions
mine, not yours
one day i hope to change this world for the better
no matter the cost.
07 Jul, 2025, 6:10 pm
you may comment now. please do not make posts regarding this one, as these are pure opinions, and honestly, something i am sensitive about.
again, i'm not trying to normalize politics talk on a art app, but in this case, i feel as if it's something i want to bring to view, so people don't feel as if they're over-reacting.
07 Jul, 2025, 6:14 pm
i agree. completely
I dont get why we should have to worry abt being taken away. Us kids should b living our childhood! Having fun. Not being scared if our family members,Or even US bring taken away.
07 Jul, 2025, 6:15 pm
*r gonna get
07 Jul, 2025, 6:55 pm
agreed
07 Jul, 2025, 7:36 pm
Agreed.
If FULL GROWN ADULTS,
can't see how ruined this world is,
but LEGAL CHILDREN (under 18) can..
Then this world is fūcking terrible.
07 Jul, 2025, 11:57 pm
@-Des-
yeah.
my friends' family is getting taken away..
he actually considered :gun:ing himself.
i did stop him. i talked to him about it, and he said he's living for me, and a few things he likes to do. the other problem with the world, is that adults are dis-regarding younger peoples' mental health, leading to depression in teenagers and children.
like honestly, adults are so oblivious sometimes.
07 Jul, 2025, 11:59 pm
@-_GayCosmoz-_
exactly.
the fact that children can see the issues in the world, yet adults can't, just show how much they care:
not alot.
i wish they could realize how bad life is.
07 Jul, 2025, 11:59 pm
THATS HORRIBLE. What has this world become.
I hate that we KIDS have to go through that
08 Jul, 2025, 12:00 am
Mental health is a thing and SHOULNT be ignored.
Adults arent even seeing whas going on? An kids r. Thats actually crazy
08 Jul, 2025, 12:02 am

we shouldn't be worrying about looks
we should be worrying about whatever the hëll is for lunch on Tuesday.
but the internet and government prevent that quite well.

"beauty standard"
were our own person. If we all looked like copy and paste copy and paste then whats th point.
Uglys a personality not how sm1 looks. Fat and skinny are just body types but society made it different. Theres no such thing as right or perfect
Its unfair

i totally understand. im so scared for the safety of my transfem cousin, now that the worlds all messed up. if she transitioned, which she hasnt yet, she wouldnt be able to enlist in the military (knowing her, this isnt a worry but i honestly dont think we should limit our forces rn), travel to other countries, or VOTE. not to mention the jump in trans genocide. everything is so screwed, and kids/gen z are the only ones who seem to care.
08 Jul, 2025, 3:08 am
@CroftersLover
sadly, yes
this world needs to get their head in the game.
08 Jul, 2025, 3:14 am
While I do completely agree with you on you opinions, and my heart aches for those effected by the Trump administration policies, and I would never wish this upon anyone (not even my enemies), unfortunately it is not so "cut and dry" as this simply being a matter of right vs wrong. There's a lot more to it than just deporting unregistered immigrants. There's variables at plzy here.
If you're open to discussing this further with me, I think it important to address these variables further.
08 Jul, 2025, 3:28 am
@The_Adjudicator
that is absolutely true.
though, i do understand that some people are getting moved from America for safety, but i can not speak much on this matter as i do not completely know what's going on.
i would love to discuss this with you, i hope to gain more information soon.
08 Jul, 2025, 6:19 am
@H0W-TH3-ST4RS-SH1N3
I'm glad you're open to talk about it.
The first thing I'd like to address is how immigration effects the local economy.
Right now there is a movement in Mexico that's quite opposite to that of the US, namely that some their citizens are protesting against immigration to their country. Their claims are that:
1. They are buying and taking their homes.
2. They are driving up the prices.
3. They are impacting the culture and ethnicity of the local communities.
08 Jul, 2025, 6:26 am
(Continued)
Basically, because US citizens have money and resources, they actually have it easier moving to less wealthy regions where the cost of living is lower. Because these people have more wealth, the local markets are able to get away with raising their prices thanks to the ballance of supply and demand.
So, the question we should think about is; Should the Government of Mexico step in and force these immigrants out of the country, even if they're legally registered citizens?
08 Jul, 2025, 6:33 am
(continued)
Now on the US side of things, there are countless immigrants who had been welcomed into the country, catered to as the beneficiaries of tax money, and even provided homes/shelter by the previous administration. Because these immigrants are not registered as citizens of the country, the IRS is not able to tax their labors, meaning employers are able to get away with paying them less than minimum wage, and they don't have to worry about income tax either, so they rake in more money.
08 Jul, 2025, 6:40 am
(continued)
How does this effect the economy?
Businesses that hire legally registered citizens are at a severe disadvantage, because their competitors who hire unregistered employees can get away with selling their products at a lower price. Most people prefer to buy the cheaper product, so legitimate businesses are at risk of going out of business and closing down. And once the competition has been squashed, what's stopping the illegitimate businesses from raising their prices back up again?
08 Jul, 2025, 6:50 am
(Continued)
Lastly, many of the immigrants have been benefiting from US tax money, meaning that we, the registered citizens, are paying for, not only our own living expenses, but their also. This is one of the meny reasons why the United States suffered from a massive inflation spike in recent years.
In conclusion to the economic situation, it's causing everyone to suffer serious financial struggles. It's a large component to why no one seems to have any spending money anymore.
08 Jul, 2025, 6:55 am
Sorry for the huge wall of text. I know it's a lot to process, but take a bit of time to think about it if you need to, and let me know what you're thoughts are. Did I miss something? what do you think I got wrong? This is an open ended discussion after all, so I want to hear what you have to say.
(by the way, some of the other variables include:
Social integration
ethnicity
resource sharing
etc...)
09 Jul, 2025, 2:48 am
@The_Adjudicator
you're good!
thanks for explaining better, although i still don't fully understand, i have a much better understanding, and i would like to thank you for that!
so, (i may be wrong) unregistered people sell products for less, harming other buisnesses?
again, i may be wrong. i do understand it better though, thank you so much! :D
09 Jul, 2025, 7:47 pm
@H0W-TH3-ST4RS-SH1N3
That's what I believe is the biggest reason why the Trump administration is so hel-bent on gettin them out. There's a lot more to it thn that, but I think the whole "focusing first on felons and dangerous criminals" bit is just an appeal to emotion.
While immigration is benefitial to the country, the problem is that they're not registered citizens, which means they don't social security, and they don't have citizenship. Can't run a background check on them without one.
09 Jul, 2025, 7:51 pm
The biggest issue I have against the way the Trump Administration is handling this issue is that they're resorting to the easiest, of not most dubious solution. Technically speaking, they could locate these people, and walk them through the process of registering as citizens, while at the same time charging a fine on the businesses that have been hiring them illegally. That would have solved all the problems. However, the processes of citizen registry is a lot more complex than you'd think.

@The_Adjudicator
exactly!
they could be getting better buisness rates (i'm not too sure if this is the correct way to use buisness rates, if not, pardon me) or better sales, yet they decide to overall kick people out of America
14 Jul, 2025, 12:36 pm
@H0W-TH3-ST4RS-SH1N3 agreed.
When I was 8 I was drawing cringey stories and playing the family PS4. And watching my older brothers play it.
and maybe playing gacha...
But it was FUN for me at that age.
Now I just wanna go back. To, well, the good ol' days.
F-ck, now kids are doing skincare and makeup and doing "GRWMs" And they are worrying about their body.
And the parents can't say no to their kids.
It's sad how the world has become.
