I think I would need to place a time limit restriction on myself if I were to take this challenge. Though I am primarily left handed, I could probably discipline myself to put maximum effort into my right hand for equal quality to my left, but it would simply take much longer to do. An lastly, the blind side would likely be an incoherant mess.
Looking at what you've done here, I'd say you did a pretty good job all things considered.
