i made the TERRIBLE mistake of telling my bsf whose favorite artist is laufey that im going to the danm concert in sept.
i feel like a horrible friend.
i feel incredibly guilty.
she started to cry bcus if me.
becuase of my fućking impulse.
i wish i could take back those words.
i feel so shįtty right now its not even funny i cant joke about this. i cant use my humor coping mechanism rn.

Try not to feel too awful - I get that this feels like a betrayal, and their reaction to you telling them was far from assuring, but you're not in the wrong here
I know this feels like a huge mistake, but when it comes down to it, there are much worse things you could've done.
I don't really know much abt concerst, but is there any way they can get a ticket too?
There will be ways you can make it up to them, I promise

In the meantime, take a deep breath, get a drink, maybe go for a walk or something (your sister playing Laufey is not gonna help) and calm yourself down a bit before you do anything else

That sounds more positive! That's a pretty rough swap, but if she's gonna have a great time seeing a musician she loves with her friend, maybe it's worth it?
Obviously I don't know your friend, but I'm glad it's sounding like you've sort of got stuff figured out :)
