EXPLAINING THEM ALL, LETS GO--
piercings: he's pretty handsy, so i think as an act of rebellion he would give the other kids at school piercings. but, hed pratice on himself first.
scar + bandaid: just general mechanic stuff, he always has a bandaid somewhere on him
eyebrow slit: same as piercings, but he kinda thought it'd be funny to come into school w/ an eyebrow slit
droopy eyes: idk, i think it just kinda sells his 'mischievious gremlin' look, yknow?

bi: his descriptions of jason, narcissus, and percy were NOT very heteroséxual of him tbh. and he clearly likes women so.... yeah it just writes itself
trans: BC I SAY SO OKAY??
...well, that and the fact that he never fit in at every home he ended up in. that MAY be bc he was trans and, living in the south (canon, i believe), nobody wanted to deal w/ that.
