What's important is that you did try. Believe it or not, but you can learn from your mistakes. Here's a couple techniques that might help you if you decide to try again:
. One way to make a perfect circle it to use the -basic round brush- set to the size you want (preferably largest size in this case), and just tap the screen where you want to place the circle. It will have soft blended edges, but you can fix that by going to the layers tab, then duplicate and merge layer down down 3x.
. Another technique is, after you've placed the circle, you can go to the layers page, tap the -add layer mods- tab, and select the -Transparency Lock- layer mod. This will allow you to draw anywhere in the circle, without drawing outside the circle.
