I only use tumblr because I can filter what's being shown to me, and even then i don't like using it because of prior experiences on the Internet.
I personally don't endorse creating Internet accounts other than to browse with (as a younger minor) and I'll hold this belief for a long time.
But, I love strawpage cause you can ask questions, send drawings, and it's a lovely website to share with irl friends as well!
