rabbi Yochanan says;
the peace of the wicked has no strengh, but the peace of God-fearing has strengh.
(berakhot 6:4)
Rabbi Yochanan distinguishes between two kinds of peace:
the peace of the wicked is empty, often temporay, based on interests ot harmful compromises, and does not endure or provide true security.
the peace of the God-fearing is genuine. based on reverence for God, justice, truth, and sincerity, and endures, bringing true security ad well being.
