Toon Info- Devan (Dandy and Pebbles toon handler) thinks that since Rosa is cousins with Dandy, she should stay in the spotlight and not hang out with others that often. Instead Rosa spent her time taking care of toon animals like pebble and coal, and real animals that kids brought in. After hours she'd crash out in Shellys roon to talk about Dino's with her. In Shellys spare time (which was almost all the time) she made a Dino costume for Rosa so they could be Dino buddies forever!
