Mabel is a mother of 3 children, a wife, and the co-owner and caretaker of the bed and breakfast house: Good-Heart Manor. She and her husband (Jasper) have invested a lot of time and energy into fixing up an old house that Jasper had inherited from his grandfather, and turning it into Good-Heart Manor. Mabel is a bit clumsy at times; however, she's very organized, enthusiastic, and works well under pressure to make sure things are running smoothly. (Continue in comments.)

You may often find her dancing in the kitchen as she cooks her favorite dishes. She always loves discovering new recipes to make, and her guests always appreciates her delectable dishes at the manor, especially her famous pancakes! Some even visit just for the food! She’s very wise about keeping a home and teaches her daughter (Ginger) the importance of it. She loves to be a blessing to her husband, her children, and to everyone around her. She enjoys cherishing moments by taking photos and adding them to her scrapbook. Mabel works alongside her best friend/employee, Pepper (a bobcat), whom she has known since her childhood. They help to keep the manor tidy and welcoming, while having fun doing it together! Mabel and Jasper are dedicated to making Good-Heart Manor always a place of comfort, rest, and hospitality.
