It doesn't sound like your doing well, but I do recommend you reach out for help before taking such drastic measures like cvtting yourself to reach out for help, I've done that in the past and it just leads to more problems and gets you deeper into your sh addiction, I strongly recommend you talk to your parents, or if that makes you uncomfortable then a counselor or anyone who can help keep you safe, but if your still not ready for that, then I'd recommend using art and-
