Explaining Mafioso's lore because I have no idea to post while waiting! So.. for those who don't know what people mean when referring to the Mafia in the context of Forsaken..
The Mafia is a group of soldiers that go around collecting debt under the rule of Eunoia. Those who have not paid their debt end up on the target list, and are executed by the lower class soldiers, individuals who are lead by another individual, who goes under the name of Mafioso, their boss.
