Headache :( by ThatChurro

Headaches are a very frequent/common thing for me so I usually carry some IBprofen in my bag when switching between my moms and dads places, and i don't have any left and can't find any sort of medication around the house so I was wondering what i could do to maybe help the pain a bit or make it go away without medication? TwT

It's like a sharp pain on the right side of my head and it's been like that since I woke up from playing Deltarune earlier :(

Any tips are appreciated :pensive:

I could point the finger at myself for the recent headaches because of lack of self care, i don't feel comfortable saying what exactly so imma leave it at that
I'm going to leave this up so that whenever I cannot get a hold of medication I can use any tips to help lessen the pain TwT Any and all tips are HIGHLY appreciated :)

Before anyone gets highly concerned please don't be, headaches have been extremely common happening every month every year since i was around 7-8

For whatever reason my brain loves to think everything can be solved with ibprofen yet it probably doesn't do much lol. Not for a while but usually these last a couple days at a time TmT"

I've gone to multiple doctors since i was very little and they don't have an answer, i think i'm just like that. I'm special :smirk_cat: :sparkles: :fire:
