sibling tripped me and i hit my head on a desk. i dont have a way to call 911 and no way to get there. and i already drank water and the dizziness is almost gone.

maybe try eating something plain, like bread, or soup, or noodles.
put a cold compress on your forehead, or a warm towel.
(not sure in this situation, srry)
lay down, and rest. possibly watch a documentary on a low volume, or sit in silence. or think about life, what matters even.
take care of yourself please.
