It all depends on your viewpoint. For me, the progress is unnerving, but interesting. However, I have pledged something to myself: to NEVER use artificial intelligence for art.

Depends on what you use them for, if you use them to generate images or stories you should deletel them and start being more creative instead of relying on AI.
