In case you haven't found it yet: in the main menu where you can login to the online Gallery or make a new canvas; go to the -options- menu, then to the -input set- up menu, then on the -button configuration-, hit custom and configure the buttons to your liking.
I personally have the eyedropper tool linked to the R button.
