Anatomy is reaaaaally hard to get the hang of
The way I've improved has been through tracing to get an idea of proportions, then finding reference images to use for my own drawings. Make sure you take time to mess around without refs too though - sometimes looking just at your art w/out anything else allows you to spot your own errors more easily.
Mostly? PRACTISE.
I'm not a huge fan of using videos for art, but if that works for you, go for it!

Oh also try taking reference poses and simplifying them down
Allows you to look at proportions and work out how to incorporate anatomical accuracy alongside your individual style :)
