she genuinely is out of her mind crazy
shes very dedicated to the persona, and literally will walk in public like this. whats worse is that she genuinely isnt aware that how she looks and her mannerisms are not only terrifying, but 'embarrassing' to most people.
she walks around with weapons, and has been checked by the police for it. they cant do anything about it, due to the fact shes never attacked anyone. she just brings them
