If you want that Summer body, exercise is the first way to go. Intermittent fasting helps, but you should also aim for a healthy diet.
Perhaps once a week, you could try fasting breakfast and lunch for one day, then a modest dinner, and keeping your meal portions small. On days when you go out and get hard exercise, you could go for a larger meal to supplicate growth.
