The perspective on this is pretty good as a cartoon scene. If there's any feedback that I think would be a good place to start from here, I'd say maybe put a bit more effort toward clean line art. It can be a lot easier to understand a scene when everything is distinct. As an example, with what I assume is a green tennis-ball in the foreground, after you've drawn a circle, try zooming in on it, then use the eraser to clean out the dents, and finish it off with smooth lines.
Some artists like to just draw the circle over and over again in the same spot with a lightly colored line, because that makes it easier to see a more perfect circle before you a add the darker line art, then just erase the old lines. It helps if you draw them on seperate layers so you don't accidentally erase the darker lines.
