eat fruits or a warm carbohydrate that tastes good (but nothing spicy)
drink water or if you have any drink some soda that tastes good

if u dont wanna eat then do the heating pad thing, then lay down in bed with blankets over you and watch smt on your tv/phone/switch and relax yourself
