i dont feel like myself, something is going on i feel horrible so if i start avoiding you guys or just stop talking for a bit thats why i really am not in a mindset to talk to anybody and i feel so dead honestly i dont know if that makes sense i just feel like a ghost living in someone elses skin i dont feel alright i really think i might be having bad derealization right now and everyone and everything just doesnt seem real or correct and im seeing things
