dying stars can actually eat planets! (fun fact)
so basically, when a star starts to run out it turns into something called a 'Red giant'.
a red giant can gravitationally pull in the planet, making it seem as if the star is eating it.
it happens all so quickly its only been seen a few times,
the most recent being in 2023.
