I got myself attached to a spider :disappointed:
I trapped it in a bottle :stuck_out_tongue:
I poked holes in it for oxygen :disappointed:
it won't live very long because idk how to feed it
I don't want it to die tho :disappointed:
I called it lil bill and it's adorable :sob: :sob:
Also i drew silverfang bc he has a obsession w/ bugs

My advice could vary by what species of spider it is. Most common brown-ish wandering house spiders might prefer any small bug that wanders around inside the house like silverfish or flies. If you have a fly problem, a good way to catch those is with a spray bottle filled with water mixed with a few drops of dish soap. Just make sure to rinse the fly off before presenting it to the spider. I usually hold them by the wing and run them under the faucet for a few seconds.

If it is a woodlouse spider (red upperbody and legs with pale yellow backside) those tend to feed on pilbugs. Their large chelicerea are capable of puncturing hard shells.
Some common wandering house spiders incude:
wolf spiders
hobo spiders
yellow sac spiders
woodlouse spiders
None of the types mentioned above are particularly dangerous. Some of them are even safe to handle. Woodlouse for example are quite docile, despite their big menacing fangs (chelicerea).
