i love xenogenders as well! i identify with a few, but im not really public about it. :]
my feelings about them are strange. i kinda have an experience similar to yours! i found out about them, i liked them, then i didn't like them (since other people also didn't like them), but now i like xenogenders again. ^_^
at the end of the day, it doesn't harm anyone. it's just a fun way to express yourself, and i love that! :D
