uhh this is a bit random and unlike my other posts, but does anyone have any tips on remembering to eat?
oftentimes i forget to eat food, and only eat a little when someone eventually asks. i just don't ever feel hungry, and my mind is occupied with other things. so i forget to eat food. thats why i really need advice on how to remember, i don't want anything to happen to me because i eat too little.

you could maybe ask your parents to remind you or you can try makng a schedule,for eating ,, im not sure tho :broken_heart:

tragically , i go through the same ,,
usually i js try to stay offline on Internet media and js the Internet in general to not forget
try putting ur device on a greyscale so ur not on as much , it helps me ;;

hm, im not the greatest at remembering stuff myself but maybe draw a little doodle on your hand so when you see it you remember the reason its there is to remind you to eat? reminders on your phone would also be a good option :thumbsup:

i'd recommend reminders, and also maybe put sticky notes in places u will definitely see so u don't forget

This sounds more like a neurological imballance. I don't think it's that you are forgetting to eat, but rather that you don't have appetite. I assume you haven't reached full maturity yet, so it's important that you do give your body nutrition, but you also don't want to push your appetite to eat more than suits your needs.
Unless it's related to depression or some other neurological disorder, I'm sure it'll go away in time. Meanwhile, maybe keep some snacks near by where you can see them.
