One time, I spent like 12 minutes just fidgeting with an eraser.
Yes, its that bad. God.
I think that those of you that are good friends of me could tell I have ADHD; I'm an obnoxious dork.

it also made me stare somewhere instead of my teacher's discussion and morely made me bite my nails or eat some stuff w/ unknown ingredients like correction pens or erasers :broken_heart:

im actualy current freaking out becouse i injured my foot from all the repetative bouncing jumping ect and it was feeling better so ive been doing more alll of the sudden it starts hurting REALY BAD again its been like a month im crying if this is permanent

Bruh fr i have sevire adhd and i have not been tested. literally ALL my doctors say i have it and want me to get prescribed with it so i can have meds 4 it, but my mom does not want me to be tested because "It would ruin my chances of getting a good job" :anger:
