Info-
Cotton is SUPER fast. Almost as fast as T. pebble. At reas he is sloer than Finn. But when he spots you he opens his mouth and two ichor hands emerge and he runs after you. He doesnt slow you down, but he slows down your extraction speed, which is annoying.
ALSO his only other ability is he sits down on his real hands and uses the ichor hqnds and slams them together when a toon is getting far out of his sight (there is like a 3 minute cool down on it)
