what i would do is (keep in mind my advice is based off my experience :broken_heart: )
sit in a room, for a while and let yourself cry, let it all out
maybe try write down how your feeling? or use notes app if you have a phone to write down how you feel and look back on it later and think, what made you feel that way?
and as for the food, try making your favourite meal! eat as much as you want without forcing yourself, and gradually eat more as time goes on! (if you want to!)

it might be anxiety i also struggle with anxiety and it can make ur chest feel tight, do u have anyone to talk to?

try some breathing exercises too coz it could be a panic attack :(
