(Chris's eyes light up, but the only person who notices is Matt, who has been watching him the entire time)

Courtney: Can I see??
Victoria agrees and passes the crystal around
Travis studies it from every angle
T: There's something, almost magical, about this crystal.... Can we take it back to my lab so I can study it? We can all take turns seeing if there's anything special about it..

[Victoria inches closer, standing on her tippy-toes, peering over his shoulder]

Chris: [Snarky] Okay, you've all had a turn with it. Can I see it now? [Impatient]
