I'm going to wait on Switch 2. There isn't any exclusive game or software that I think would be worth the price at this time, or at the vey least, any software I do want is available on Standard Switch already, and can be upgraded to Switch 2 edition later at no additional cost to buying Switch 2 edition by default.

That is a genuine concern, though I'm quite confident that the data transferal will be reliable. I don't think it will delete your data from the original console, but rather copy the data between both systems.

I suppose we'll have to wait a little longer before we know if that's true though.
