thank you v much!! :] i was actually a teensy bit inspired by one of your latest drawings, mostly with the red and blue palette, i hope that's alright :'D and yeah, i was debating on trying to censor the chest with something but........ i couldn't figure out what to do and, it's not like it's all gorey n bloody lmao :sob: so i figured it's most likely alright

oh damn?? :sob: THANK YOU!!!! that means a lot to me!! and honestly, i was really scared to interact with you too lmao, cuz i remember a whiiiile back i was pretty aggressive/rude to you over like, posting suggestive stuff (it was The Pocky Image, if you remember that)... my reasoning was that it was weird and wrong to post that kinda stuff as a minor, and i DO still hold that opinion, but... i definitely went about expressing it the wrong way back then x_x so i've avoided interacting with you in case you remembered and didn't like me djsjshsjsd, ive been meaning to apologize for it for a while now but, i always felt awkward approaching you out of the blue :'D sorry if this is kinda random/abrupt to mention lol

The name does fit well though, it reminds me of something for the ENIGMA MACHINE (The Video Game) I know the ANIMUS means hate and is always presented as something negative, but I don't see your character as that, I see them as some sort of comfort, they seem like the. sort character to be misjudged due to how they look, I feel like their loving and kind within their self. :)

but yeah... i was in a similar boat myself when i was younger, i was exposed to & interacted w/ a lot of stuff i really shouldn't have, and did stuff i really regret bc of it... even though its been close to a decade now i still feel really guilty over it all, especially since i hurt one of my best friends bc of it :') sucks to hear that older folks around you encouraged it, i hope you're doing alright now n have some better people in your life. :(

ooh im sorry that happened to you, i try my best to stop that stuff from happenning to other kids now because its genuinely such an awful feeling when you get hit with that wave of realization. unfortunately the moderation om colors and some other websites are really bad and colors isnt even properly moderated, they havent looked at any of my reports for maybe 4-5 days now and last time a child endangerment thing happened i had to get Jens to moderate it because zyik didnt seem to care

and im happy to hear you dont hold anything against me either, i was such a dumb kid lol

dude yeah the moderation is abysmally slow on here, i remember reporting someone for being underage (they were like, 1O or 11 i think) and it took them over two weeks to get back to me iirc?? :broken_heart: i have tried to have some sympathy for the devs bc they /are/ quite a small team but, there's only so much that can be excused and i def think they need to do better... not just for the safety of people on this platform, but for the reputation and livelihood of collectingsmiles. like i genuinely believe this website'll get shut down sooner or later if they don't get their act together, so much stuff happens on here every day that someday someone's gonna sue em for it, I Just Know It. or if not, then maybe nintendo may step in. i know for sure i try to steer people away from joining here bc its such a mess x_x [cont.]

ive been here since 2OI7 and although the community certainly wasn't perfect back then and had lots of issues that i could go on about, it was much less frequent than whatever is going on today, or was at least much more self-contained between people. i think the general userbase was also just older which led to more civil discussions on stuff, nowadays i just see ppl fight instead of talking it out :skull:
i honestly will leave colors as soon as i have a different & reliable method of doing digital art, and have a better way to communicate w/ certain people :sob:
and dw dude, i think most ppl were dumb kids lol. as one of my epic mutuals said, "colors is the place to go to and be dumb" djskshsjsd

okie dokie!! i'll give a couple teensy details that i think prolly aren't super obvious with just this one drawing tho lol
- the damaged area on their chest is shaped roughly like a heart
- the scribbly hand thing is comprised of wires that come from the bottom of the tv head, it is malleable and can turn into any shape
- it has many wires in general just coming from the tv head, the wires are kinda like hair :p
- they have goat legs w/ hooved feet, and have holes in their feet that match w/ the holes in their hands
