Ninth Layer by chrisstopher
For Halloween I wanted to do an art piece inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy, specifically Inferno and canto XXXIII if I recall correctly. (I feel his work is fitting for the holiday :P) My character, ironically named Gabriel, in Dante's vision of the 2 tier of the 9th layer. Mostly because my character believes this is where he belongs. Anyways, HAPPY HALLOWEEN GUYS!

great job on the shards of ice... good transparancy in some spots.. more opaque in others... fantastic!!
