there's nothing sinister at play i promise :skull: it's just a big part of the story
okay so he's got dark umbern (if that's how you spell it) with brown eyes (which, if you draw him from 12+, will be more hazel, with green flecks, but if you'd like you can just done brown ;3 ik it can be hard)

smth that might be helpful is he's got a large scar on the side of his head (a C shape that wraps around behind his ear- you can leave that out too iyw)

yk what? lemme just give you his story desc;
"Next to the boy, Kayden looked like the stereotype Palomian; with his brown eyes, round glasses, middle part, and brown hair which his mom called auburn, but to Kayden, brown was brown, and he was average. "

Palomian is his race btw, it's a fantasy story,
and for the record, the "He looks average" is not a reflection of my opinion on brown eyed- brown hair, think they look fantasic --- just a side note,
anyway hope this was helpful to some extent
