@Pupz_ I duplicate the layer, Lower the opacity, and use the scissors tool to move it to the side slightly when it looks slightly blurry :3

@Pupz_ I also add it where I shrink the layer till its rlly tiny and then I bring it back to normal size and lower the opacity so its blurry
