basically, systems form of headmates, aka "voices in your head", aka "DID". they form from childhood trauma, but i suggest doing your own research! ^^

just saying im a system and just hving 'voices in your head' does NOT make you one, that can fs just be intrusive thoughts. You need to have switches, or at least co-con, and other dissociative symptoms to have DID/OSDD/P-DID

yeah, you should maybe ask a psychiatrist or something to see if you might have did or some other disorder (dont self dianose gang!! :pray:), hopefully they stop soon for you though /gen

mhm yeah but fyi getting diagnosed with DID/OSDD is apparently super hard. i'm not diagnosed cause im not in a safe environment to get help, but also don't go into it thinking you have DID cause its rare and chances are you probably don't. again: just hearing voices doesn't mean youre a sys, do real research. not whatever half-assed webmd search most people seem to do

@Moongust123 yep! it works pretty well! i find that watching movies in the background also helps!

for me my ears ring really loud so i either cover my ears or sometimes i listen to music to drown the ringing out
