@chiisai_hoshi I would have gone with soren, but Soren is already a major character in Path of Radiance. I would like something different :)
@maggiesue327 all I have is that he's a knight from Daein and uses Swords, Lance's and Axes.

I'd love to see you participate in making concept art for the characters in a (GBA) Fire Emblem ROM hack. Even better if you could also animate the sprites.

@The_Adjudicator i tried making sprites quite a while back but never got around to trying out animation. That may be a good thing to delve into next xD

I've recently taken up sprite practice using Aseprite. I don't spend a lot of time working on anything right now, but I did download some FE sprite templates for study and prctice. I don't have much experience or training in animation, but I think it'll be a good idea to learn either way. Indie games are taking over the industry, and that could prove to be a fruitful career choice.
