can you get PTSD from storms bc i'm pretty sure i have PTSD.
Because, everytime the news says that i'm gonna have a storm, i start freaking out.

you can ptsd from any traumatic event but ptsd has certain symptoms and just getting scared from a storm probably wouldn't constitute as ptsd. Dont quote me in that though? i know more about c-ptsd than normal ptsd, cause i have probable c-ptsd.
