Why is it so so hard to ask for a hug for certain people? I have a friend who i crave a hug from but i'm too nervous to ask him in person. I've told him how i felt during text and he said "Please ask me for anything and I will do that for you. I believe you can hug me :)" But i dont believe in myself. Asking for a hug irl makes my stomach feel like its twisted. Idk im going through a bit of a tough time.
